The initial program layout is designed to be used with gym equipment. However, if you opt in for my Hybrid program with personal 1:1 training, I can swap out exercises and tailor them more for what you have access to.
Yes! I designed this starter manual for beginners like you who are brand new to fitness and want to find an alternative approach to treating your PCOS without extreme dieting.
I also have an option to continue for another 16 weeks at an intermediate level once you've completed this program. The price would remain $12/week for an additional 16 weeks of workouts paced a little more challenging since you'd be ready for it!
Although designed for women who struggle with the hormone imbalances of PCOS, it also is great for women who want to build muscle and lose body fat without extreme dieting. I still utilize this program with my PCOS in remission.
This program is a total of 16 weeks worth of workouts. There is an option after completion of this program if you wish to continue for another 16 weeks with new workouts or not.
If you follow my program accordingly, it's designed to help you lose approximately 0.5-1 lb/week, depending on certain starting factors.
